Project Objectives 

• When client receives the revenue collection report from movie theatres, its in the form of PDF. PDFs from different sources were in different formats i.e. there is no uniform format or placement of data in those PDFs 
• The invoicing team would manually read every PDF and collect data in excel sheets, and they have to do this every week for multiple multiplexes/movie theaters 
• Its not feasible to enforce every movie theatre to have a uniform format or create custom software, as it would require rework when adding new customers 
• They would have to read PDFs, enter the data in excel sheets, validate the data, viewership consolidation calculations and create invoices
